Web applications for businesses
I build systems for small and medium businesses: order registers, client portals, document workflows and reports. Features and permissions are agreed with the people who will use them.
Features shaped around your workflow
Orders, customers and documents
An order register connects the customer, scope, deadline, files and current status. The team can find the full record without searching separate inboxes for attachments.
Tasks and responsibilities
We define delivery stages, owners and rules for status changes. Task views show work awaiting action or a decision, while change history helps explain how work progressed.
Client portals and permissions
A portal can share agreed documents, files or statuses with clients. User roles determine who can view and change data, with access based on each person's responsibilities.
Reports and data exchange
I prepare reports, filters and exports for operational decisions. Import and integration options are assessed using actual files and the interfaces available in your existing software.
DOMUWORK for Domurat
DOMUWORK was built for Domurat. It brings orders, documents, deadlines and responsible staff into one system, replacing some spreadsheet work. The screen shows an order register with sample data.
How I deliver a web application
-
Understand the actual process
We follow a sample order from receipt to completion. I review documents, roles and exceptions, then identify where information gets lost.
-
Define the first stage
We agree on modules, fields, statuses and permissions. We define acceptance criteria and the data needed to get the system running.
-
Build and test with users
I implement features and check agreed scenarios. Users review the workflow; we also test invalid data and access for different roles.
-
Launch and develop further
We prepare accounts, agreed imports and backups. I demonstrate the system, and we prioritise further changes based on the team's experience after launch.
A system built by SKYNEST
DOMUWORK: orders, documents and work planning
DOMUWORK covers orders, production planning, inventory and reports. It runs in a browser on desktop and mobile. Modules and permissions are agreed during implementation.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an application or a website?
A website presents your offer and collects enquiries. An application manages data and authenticated workflows such as orders, tasks, documents and roles. We start by identifying the problem.
Will the system work on a phone?
Yes, web applications run in a browser. We identify the tasks people perform on phones and adapt those views. Access requires an appropriately configured network connection.
Can data be migrated from spreadsheets?
I assess import options after reviewing your files. We agree column mapping, required fields and duplicate handling, then check a sample and data completeness before the full migration.
Can we start with a single module?
Yes. The first stage can cover one process, such as an order register. We define later modules after seeing how the initial solution supports daily work.
Describe the process you want to improve
Tell me which tools you use, who works with the data and where information is retyped or missing. We will define a first stage.
