How we use cookies on the SKYNEST website
This website uses cookies necessary for operation and — with your consent — analytical cookies. You can manage your settings at any time.
Updated:
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on a user’s device while using a website. Cookies can, among other things, remember selected settings and help understand how users use the service.
2. What cookies do we use?
On the SKYNEST website, we may use the following categories of cookies:
- Necessary cookies — required for the proper operation of the website. They include remembering cookie consent information, basic security mechanisms, form handling, and storing your choices in the cookie panel. Without these files, some website features may not work correctly. You cannot disable them in the cookie panel.
- Analytical cookies help us understand website use, such as visit counts and popular pages. Data may include session identifiers and technical browser information; it is not automatically considered anonymous. These cookies are used only after you consent in the cookie settings panel or banner.
3. Legal basis for using cookies
Storing and accessing cookies strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user falls within the consent exemption in Article 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. Where personal data is processed for website security and operation, the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. These are separate legal issues.
Analytical cookies are stored and accessed after consent under Article 399(1) of the Electronic Communications Law. The basis for related personal data processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can change your consent at any time in Cookie settings or via the cookie banner.
Rejecting analytics does not block contact or access to the offer. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics and removes analytical cookies accessible to this website. It does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing or automatically delete all historical data from servers.
4. Analytics tools
After consent, local counters store the number of visits and the time of the last visit. Enabled event tracking records the visited page, interaction, language, time and technical browser information. The form does not forward your enquiry text or email address to analytics.
5. Managing cookie settings
You can change your cookie preferences at any time:
- using the buttons in the cookie banner (“Accept”, “Necessary only”, or “Settings” — when the banner is visible),
- by going to the Cookie settings and opening the management panel to accept or reject analytical cookies,
- by changing your web browser settings (blocking or deleting cookies).
Please note that limiting cookies (e.g., blocking them in your browser) may affect certain website functionalities.
6. Cookie retention period
PHPSESSID: PHP session cookie, necessary for purposes including form protection. Session cookie without a fixed expiry date; browser session restoration may preserve it.cookie_analytics: necessary record of your allow/deny choice for analytics, kept for 365 days after the choice is saved.cookie_visitsandcookie_last_visit: analytical counters used only after consent, kept for 365 days after being updated on a visit.
Your browser may delete cookies earlier. A cookie's lifetime on your device is not the retention period for email correspondence, logs or analytics data on servers. These are covered by the Privacy Policy.
7. Additional information
More information about personal data processing, including in connection with cookies, can be found in the Privacy Policy.
