I review devices, connections and sources of faults, then propose configuration or expansion suited to your workstations and business services.
Staff and guest Wi-Fi
I investigate coverage gaps and connection drops. I configure access points and separate guest and staff access where the equipment supports it.
VPN and remote work
I prepare VPN access for designated users. We agree permissions and test connections to company resources from outside the office.
Access to resources and devices
I organise access to files, printers and office resources, then document settings and access rules. Ongoing support is agreed separately.

After the review, we define access-point placement, wired connections, network devices and remote-access rules. The handover includes key settings and guidance on checking connectivity and starting fault diagnosis.

Where can you provide on-site support?
Yes. SKYNEST is based in Stawiguda and serves Olsztyn and the Warmian-Masurian region. We agree the schedule, travel arrangements and scope before starting.
Does the entire network need replacing?
Not necessarily. I first review the equipment and configuration, then identify what settings can resolve and what requires replacement or expansion.
Can you help with Wi-Fi connection drops?
Yes. I investigate whether the issue concerns the internet connection, coverage, configuration or specific devices, then define improvements and how to check their result.
Can VPN configuration be done remotely?
Some work can be completed remotely with suitable equipment and agreed access. A failed connection, cabling issue or hardware installation may require an on-site visit.
What determines the price?
The number of locations and devices, current configuration, Wi-Fi and VPN requirements, and any equipment needed. Send a description of your setup and the issue so we can define and price the first stage.
